Aegina Island lies in the Saronic Gulf, about 1 hour by ferry from Athens and 30 min by hydrofoil. The village can be reached easily from the port of Souvala (2km away) or from the port of Aegina(12km away). The bus that connects Vagia with Souvala and Aegina, stops only 50 meters from Vagia Hotel.
The price indication for someone wishing to hire a taxi is 15 euros.

The drive from the port of Aegina to Hotel Vagia takes around 15 minutes. Should you wish, we can pick you up from the port of Souvala!

You can rent bikes, mopeds, and cars directly from our hotel that will be waiting for you at the port!

New Reservations. Any individual reservations you make—even those described as “non-refundable”—that are booked between today and June 30, 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed, up to 15 days before your scheduled arrival day.


If you cancel a rate which required an advanced payment or deposit, you will be able to use the deposit toward a stay up to 12 months of your initial arrival date. If you need to adjust reservations made via the Vagia Hotel website, feel free to contact us. If you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.
